Neilson Financial Services is a global specialist in life insurance. Since 2012 we have sold directly to families across the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, through brands that customers recognise in their own markets.
How we operate.
What sets us apart is a tech-enabled, vertically integrated model. We own the customer experience from end-to-end, from product design and distribution through to policy administration and customer care, while our insurer partners underwrite the policies themselves.
Because we stay close to how every product performs, we keep refining what we offer, which is how we make dependable cover simpler to reach for people the wider market often overlooks.
Today more than 1,000 people work across six countries - supporting over ten award-winning brands trusted by customers in every market we serve.

Where we operate.
Each of our markets is served by brands built for its own customers and regulations, supported by the expertise and infrastructure of the wider group.
Alongside those brands, we reach customers through partnerships, including with the Post Office in the United Kingdom and we offer whole-of-market protection advice through Neilson Place. Our footprint has grown steadily, most recently with our entry into Australia and New Zealand.
